What format are the photos in?
All Bicycle Images. photos are in JPG format.High resolution digital negative (RAW) format files are available on request.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted. Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Bicycle Images. photos that I download?
Yes. While Bicycle Images. offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.

archive format. While our goal is to make money for cyclists who
photograph cyclists we do have standards. For that reason we won't have
our photographs used to advertise or promote cars or automobiles of any
sort.
Hey, that's me in the photo!? If
you are in one of our photos but do not want the photo used in the way
in which it's been licensed to us, just get in touch with Roxy or
Farid. It's not our goal to use your likeness in a way that you're not
comfortable with. That said, if you are happy for photos of
you to be used then please sign our downloadable model release. As a
thank you for your trouble we will send you a print of a photo of your
choice.
Where's my order?
If you placed an order and didn't get a confirmation email with your download link within a few minutes, please please check your email spam filter before contacting us. We can re-issue this email but this can be timeconsuming and we know you're probably on a deadline, so checking your spam filter will often be quicker than waiting for our reply.
Help! Something's not working. On rare occasions something doesn't go right. Please send us a support request and we'll investigate.
